Christopher G.  “The pediatric centers that are ranked in the Best Children’s Hospitals survey deserve our congratulations,” said U.S. News Health Rankings Editor Avery Comarow. “Children with life-threatening or rare conditions need the kind of care that these hospitals deliver day after day.”

Lloyd Minor, MD, dean of the Stanford University School of Medicine, agreed. “These outstanding rankings are a testament to the high-quality care, dedication and compassion that our caregivers provide to children and expectant mothers,” Minor said. “We at Stanford Medicine are incredibly proud of Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford for this well-deserved recognition.”

Dawes agreed. “It’s really a salute to our outstanding care teams,” said Dawes, noting that the U.S. News annual rankings are a source of pride across the organization. “Together, our doctors, nurses, and entire staff define what it means to deliver extraordinary care in every pediatric and obstetric specialty.”
