For patients undergoing treatment, leaving the hospital on Halloween may not be possible, so our extraordinary staff, volunteers, donors, and corporate supporters bring the fun to them. Our annual Trick-or-Treat Trail is a huge hit with all our families, but for the Bravo family, it means just a little bit more.

"Two years ago, our son Xavr was released from the hospital on Halloween, just as the Trick-or-Treat Trail was starting," remembers Xavr's dad, Juan. "For us, this is like his second birthday. It was the day that we were given a new life for our son."

Travelling from their home in Carson City, Nevada to the Trick-or-Treat Trail has become their new family tradition. Last year, Mom and dad wore matching neon shirts with photos of Xavr and the words, "Thank you for saving my son's life."

Will you be our Halloween hero and give life-saving care, comfort, and cures to help more kids like Xavr? Thanks to a generous donation from the Keith and Pamela Fox Family Foundation, every gift will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $5,000. That means your gift will be doubled to make TWICE the impact.
