Give Hope and Healing
Donate to support more children.
Are you wondering how you can fulfill your New Year's resolution to help children in your community? We're here to help! Check out our list of top ways you can help our patients today, and get inspired to give back.
Each year, thousands of kids with long-term and complex care issues turn to Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford for the care they need. Be a lifeline for our patients and give the gift of hope and health year-round. Just $19 a month (or 63 cents/day) adds up to make a huge impact!
In lieu of birthday gifts, ask your friends and family to donate money, gift cards, and toys to our hospital instead. We can help you set up your online fundraising page in minutes, and even give you cool swag to pass out at your birthday party!
Take advantage of amazing shopping opportunities—all while supporting kids and families at Packard Children’s. Join our Shop for Packard community on Facebook and learn about all the best deals.
We were so fortunate to receive huge community support during the holidays. However, we are in need of toys to give joy to patients year-round. Collect new or unused toys, books, even school supplies! Find our most-needed items on our Wish List.
Activity kits are little bundles of comfort filled with simple, creative items that a child or teen can use to have fun. They help keep patients and siblings occupied and entertained when they may be feeling anxious or scared. Putting together activity kits is fun to do, especially with a bunch of friends and family! For more information or to get started, visit our Activity Kit page.
Literally any event can be an opportunity to fundraise for the child health program that is closest to your heart. If you’re already planning to have a movie night, why not ask friends to pitch in the $10 they would normally spend to go out to the theater? You can show one or two of our patient videos as a preview, and sit back with your movie-theater popcorn and Milk Duds knowing you did a little good today. It’s really that easy!
Best of all, every single dollar you raise, every book or toy you collect, and every activity kit you make will directly benefit a child in our care. Let’s get 2020 started off right!
