How do I become a member?
All you need to
do is to contact us or fill
out the confidential application form to indicate that you have named the
Foundation in your estate plans.
What if I don't want
people to know about my estate plans?
You may still be an LSPS member.
We are happy to honor your wish to be an anonymous donor.
Can I still be
a member if the Foundation is only a contingent beneficiary in my estate
plan?
Yes, anyone who has made a provision in their will or trust that
supports Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford or the child health programs
at Stanford University School of Medicine is welcome to join. You just need to let us know
that you have made such a commitment.
Why is it called the Lucile Salter
Packard Society?
Lucile Salter Packard believed that all children
deserve the highest quality care and the best chance for a healthy future. It is in her
honor that we named our society to recognize donors who include the Foundation in their
estate plans or create an income producing gift with the Foundation as the
beneficiary.
